Meridian, the award-winning private aviation company based at Teterboro Airport (TEB), once again received top honors for exceptional service according to three well-respected fixed base operator (FBO) surveys.
Meridian Teterboro was voted #1 FBO in the Northeast by FltPlan.com, and was the top ranked FBO at Teterboro Airport in both the AIN and Professional Pilot surveys. In the ProPilot PRASE survey, Betsy Wines was voted #1 Best Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the 16th time, and Victor Seda earned the #5 spot. For the 8th year in a row, Meridian Teterboro has had two CSRs in the top five slots.
Betsy Wines, VP Customer Service & Human Resources, had this to say, “We are honored that our customers and friends have voted us among the best FBOs. We know that pilots have a choice when flying into Teterboro, and we work hard every day to earn their trust. Outstanding customer service is the cornerstone of our corporate culture, but it’s an ongoing process, and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the customer experience.”
Steve Chandoha, Meridian Teterboro President, says, “As a team, we make decisions with the customer as our focus. Everyone on our FBO staff, from Security to Customer Service to Line Service, understands that we must cater to our customers as individuals. Betsy and Victor continuously demonstrate these values with their work ethic and attention to details. Their passion for Customer Service permeates throughout the organization.”
Ken Forester, CEO, acknowledged the survey results by saying, “I am humbled by the overwhelming response of our customers and friends, and I am proud of our team that works tirelessly to exceed expectations. It’s very important to us that every pilot and passenger feels welcomed and valued. We understand that customers have many choices when they fly into Teterboro, and we truly appreciate their business.”
